Federico Luger (Venezuelan, 1979) 

He lived in Caracas, Venezuela until the age of 21, where he studied drawing at the "Armando Reveron" art school and with Adriana Cifuentes, a very original "outsider" artist. In Caracas, he also studied social communication, graphic design, photography, international commerce. Fine arts at the Accademia di Brera in Milan with professor Nicola Salvatore. After several years spent travelling around Europe, he opened an art space in Milan, which then turned into Federico Luger Gallery. According with the nomadic spirit  of the founder, the gallery moved to six different locations in seven years. From 2005 until today, he has discovered and promoted young artists, and rediscovered and relaunched older artists of great value. The gallery has taken part on many international art fairs. He is currently working on a new curatorial project which he named The Immigrants.

He lives in Milan and has two children.
